The OLDPONG Project kick-off meeting
The OLDPONG Project kick-off meeting was held on 17 December 2024 in Osijek, Croatia, chaired by Robert Dudas, with attendees from partner organizations in Croatia, Serbia, and Hungary. The meeting officially launched the 12-month project aimed at promoting active aging and digital literacy through table tennis. Key topics included project structure, roles, deliverables, and milestones across four work packages: management, training plan, pilot implementation, and dissemination. Responsibilities were assigned, with GSTK-ZAGREB leading coordination, STK "STAK" developing the training plan, FASI handling pilot execution, DUI building the digital platform, and Dom za starije osobe Trnje supporting local engagement. Deliverables include a 14-hour training program, a digital e-platform, and a pilot involving at least 20 seniors aged 60+, monitored through KPIs such as participation, training hours, and feedback. Action items were agreed upon, with the next progress meeting scheduled for 29 January 2025.
