The Beograd project meeting served as the official launch and coordination event for OLDPONG, bringing together all partner organizations to review progress and align next steps. The coordinator presented the management process, updated Gantt chart, SYGMA deliverables, and reporting obligations. Partners reviewed each Work Package: WP2 confirmed the structure of the 14 training lessons and set deadlines for finalization; WP3 reported on piloting preparation, evaluation tools, and interview planning; WP4 presented the e-platform’s accessibility features and upcoming dissemination tasks. Partners also planned national tournaments, open-day events, and expanded collaboration through additional cooperation agreements. A detailed list of deliverables and deadlines was confirmed, and the consortium agreed on monthly online meetings to maintain coordination. The meeting closed with a clear roadmap for completing WP2, initiating piloting activities, and strengthening visibility efforts.
