The OLDPONG program is designed for seniors aged 60 and above who wish to participate in table tennis sessions and improve their physical and digital skills. The program is tailored to accommodate the needs of participants aged 60-70 and 70-80, taking into account their physical and cognitive abilities.
Participants will have access to digital learning tools through the OLDPONG dedicated e-platform, which can be accessed online. The IT modules are specifically designed for seniors and those with visual impairments, ensuring accessibility for everyone.
Table tennis is a low-impact sport that improves balance, reflexes, and coordination while helping to prevent cognitive decline, such as Alzheimer's disease. It is also a fun and social activity that fosters social inclusion.
