The final OLDPONG project meeting was held on 26 November 2025 in Zagreb, gathering all partner organisations to review the full implementation and officially close the project. The coordinator presented the final GANTT chart, indicators, deliverables and reporting obligations, confirming that 100% of activities across all Work Packages (WP1–WP4) were completed on time. WP2 reported the main overachievement—14 fully developed training topics instead of the originally planned 8, significantly strengthening the project’s impact. WP3 presented the results of piloting, evaluation and outreach, including digital assessments, questionnaires, interviews, social media dissemination, open days, seminars and three international tournaments. WP4 confirmed that the e-platform was fully developed, published and populated with all materials. All contractual deliverables were officially validated as DONE, and partners acknowledged the project’s added value, sustainability measures and strong cross-border cooperation. The consortium agreed on the remaining administrative steps, including submission of the Final Report and preparation for final payment. The meeting concluded with recognition of the project’s successful completion and the partnership’s commitment to maintaining the OLDPONG model beyond the project period.
