The final OLDPONG project meeting was held on 26 November 2025 in Zagreb, bringing together all partner representatives to formally close the project and review its full implementation. Participants from Croatia, Serbia and Hungary confirmed that all activities, deliverables and Work Package obligations had been completed successfully and on time. The meeting focused on validating indicators, reviewing piloting and evaluation results, confirming the publication of all materials on the e-platform, and agreeing on the final reporting and administrative steps. Partners also highlighted the strong cross-border cooperation established during the project and discussed opportunities for sustaining the OLDPONG model beyond the project’s lifetime. The event concluded with a joint acknowledgment of the consortium’s achievements, the project’s positive impact on seniors and caregivers, and the readiness for final submission of the Erasmus+ Final Report and supporting documentation.
